And we found the place. And not only did we find the place, we found the woman who birthed it. Anahata is freaking incredible. Let me just read her. Let me read her bio.

Goddess Brittney King:

The full one will be in the show notes, but Anahata Ananda is a master healer, spiritual guide and founder of Shamanjelic Healing, blending the compassion of an angel with the wisdom of a shaman. For over 25 years, she has supported thousands on profound journeys of emotional release, core healing and spiritual awakening. Drawing from her extensive training with indigenous healers and global spiritual teachers, she artfully breathes together breathwork, energy, healing and empowered living practices. I mean this just scrapes the tip of what it is that she does, and I just feel so honored to have her on the podcast today, because we're going to go deep y'all. We're talking about trust. We're talking about following spirit. We're going to talk about all the things, but first like, subscribe, share this podcast far and wide.

Lisset King:

We love making this for you and, like we said before, we know who's listening. We love you, we appreciate you and share this so that it can spread through our community. Absolutely.

Goddess Brittney King:

Okay, let's give her a call.

Anahata:

Hi Anahata, Thank you so much for being here, my gosh, my heart is just overflowing right now. Just so good to see you guys again.

Lisset King:

Yeah, yes, it's an honor to have you on the show. We just gave your bio and, in your own words, how do you serve?

Anahata:

You know, my heart and soul is to inspire someone to find their light within, which may mean to discover and courageously guilt shame, like what is in the way of your light, and then really like let's go shine then, as you guys were just at Shine in Sedona, it's. You know, then, the mission in that location is to inspire millions to shine, and so having that venue is perfect for the work that I do, because I love supporting people going through their process and coming home to the true essence of who they truly are and then shine it, bring it, bring your gifts like, step out and serve in whatever way is in the highest divine alignment for each individual, and that's going to look so different for each of us.

Goddess Brittney King:

Yeah, oh, what a powerful, powerful space that you hold, space that you've built temple, I mean, gosh, I I'm just in awe of you and your work and the space and I'm just so curious like what led you to walk this path, how, how, what led you to be the space holder for people to shine their light?

Anahata:

I think it's getting so lost. You know we tend to follow the wrong people for the wrong reason down the wrong path. So I've heard, you know, just following social cues and social pressures, and I guess this is what I'm supposed to do next. And you know, those little micro decisions off soul truth take a toll over time where it's like, okay, I created this life, but is it what I truly desire? Am I fulfilled, am I happy or am I lost? Am I disconnected, am I inauthentic and am I depressed or sad or just not in alignment? So then, when we're not in alignment in whatever way, in our relationships, with our sexuality, with our service, like how we show up, then there is a secondary consequence to that which is depression, addiction, insecurity. So there's all these secondary compensating factors that come into play and then that accelerates our misalignment. And so I went through my dark night of the soul when I was going through what I call a marital liberation, also known as divorce.

Anahata:

I like the rebrand as far as not that we weren't like ending the marriage contract, but for so many reasons it was not an integrity, and I was a mother of twins that were three years old and it took me a real deep inner search. To be like this is not an integrity for me. This relationship is not respectful, it's not honest, it is not true, I'm getting lost, I'm not, I'm not myself here, I'm not being seen or honored or supported, and lots of other reasons I won't get into, yeah. But that was a big choice and that sent me down a big self inquiry journey of like, what am I going to do with my life here? Because I'm a mother of twins that are three years old and I've got to get my shit together.

Anahata:

I've got to make sure that I'm not passing on the anger and the resentment and the rage that I'm currently feeling down to the next generation of my kids, you know. So that sent me on a journey of let's heal the anger and the rage. But it wasn't just from the marriage. It was from way back from childhood experiences and traumas that never got healed, from depression or addiction or you know, physical pain, betrayal that never got dealt with, and so it just built up over time and it was catching up with me and I knew that I didn't want to be the mom that was going to pass on those wounds to my children. So I was also quite impatient at the time that you know traditional therapies were not working for me. It was just kind of lip service in the shallow end, at least for what I was experiencing and.

Anahata:

I'm not getting anywhere and I'm just too impatient to be like. I don't have five years to figure this out. I want the most efficient like. Give me the hard core stuff right now.

Anahata:

And so I was drawn to shamanic healing modalities and so much from shamanic breath work and deep emotional release, so much shadow, darkness, emotion, rage was released and I felt so much lighter. And at the same time I was drawn to learn how to open and connect to spirituality and consciousness. And I was cleansing my physical body. I was cleansing my emotional body. I was healing my heart from betrayal, many types of betrayal. I was stepping into my truth and my power. I was using my voice. I was clearing my beliefs and reinstalling new belief system and then connecting more to divinity, more meditation. I was literally balancing my chakras and opening in them.

Anahata:

And from doing that, like all in my healing, gifts turned on. I could clairvoyance, seeing, clairsentience, feeling, claircognizance, knowing and clairaudience. Here it all turned on at the same time and I was like whoa, I have gifts here and I didn't know what to do with them. So my dark night of the soul sent me down this path of my own healing journey, which sent me down the path of awakening my gifts, which then sent me down the path of all right. Learn how to work with these, learn new modalities, put them together, follow your intuition and then start offering your healing gifts out to people that need the most so that they can be supported through their dark night of the soul. Whatever that looks like. Yeah, 25 year journey of doing that. You're like oh, just that, just the. So that's what happened.

Lisset King:

Marriage liberation man, yeah yeah, it's wild. There's always. For me, I've noticed this pivotal moment in your life, this decision point, and it's like we're either going this way or that way and conventional life is going to tell you muscle through it. You made a vow, or you can follow your spirit, and you did, and wow, the activation.

Anahata:

Well, I know the work that you guys do, in alignment with the work that I do, is, is stepping into your personal power, around your solar plexus, around your identity, your truth, your authenticity, your light. Those are all of the things you know, many of the things that our work has in common, and so that means, at some point you're going to individuate from the collective.

Lisset King:

Yeah, yes.

Anahata:

Some point. It's not about pleasing the community or self-abandoning to get somebody else's approval or love, or to avoid criticism or somebody else's judgment or just to fit in at some point. The the staying small is just too much of a cost and we've got to break through that. And that's that awakening that happens when you start following your inner knowing and that becomes your soul guidance and your spiritual guidance and it just becomes too costly to self-abandon anymore and to betray anymore, because then you just keep attracting. Everybody betrays me. It's like hold up. I did it first. Yes, hold up.

Anahata:

I wasn't honoring the red flags, I wasn't trusting my intuition, I wasn't listening to my inner knowing. So it starts coming back to me to also, in that same solar plexus, to be accountable for where I'm not honoring my truth. Therefore, I'm creating the chaos that I'm experiencing, the level of maturing and leveling up and being accountable and being honest about the fact that when I don't listen, I create pain, chaos, drama, suffering for myself. Okay, let me sit with that truth for a minute, yes, and then like okay, well, what am I going to do differently? Because if I'm going to change my reality, it's going to start with me. It's not that everybody else isn't trustworthy, because some are and some aren't, and if I'm honoring my intuition, I'll be able to tell who's who.

Lisset King:

Yes, yes. I would love to ask a question regarding when you said all of your gifts got turned on at the same time. We both dealt with clients that have had very similar experiences. How do you guide someone when they're having that big?

Anahata:

activation. Yes, you know, one of my absolute passions and gifts is to support lightworkers. Of course I work with seekers that are going through their process, wherever they are on their journey of awakening their dark night, their heart opening, stepping into their truth, their dark night, their heart opening, stepping into their truth. You know, and once you have felt this call, wait, I'm a light worker or I am a healer, even if I don't understand fully what that means or I don't yet know what my gifts are, how to use them. One of my favorite things and that's my shamanjelic 14 day training is to help people trust those voices, that gift, because it's going to be in one or many areas where they can see, feel, hear or know. And in the training we get to see, all right, what one or ones of those are your natural affinity. And then how does that show up? Do your hands get warm? Do you just have this inclination to ask this question or use this instrument, or do you have this visual that keeps coming up? Or can you see where the energy is blocked? Or do you see colors or images? Or can you hear spirit, like whatever it is?

Anahata:

I'm like let's go, let's find it, and then let's fill your medicine bag with different tools and practices that fit with your natural gifts so that they become amplifiers. Because I'm like to be straight up honest, I'm just too impatient. I'm truth time. Totally I want the fast pace, you know. That doesn't mean that some healing doesn't take its time, for sure. But I also want what can I do to stack different experiences or use different tools or modalities that weave together to amplify and deepen and accelerate someone's transformation and awakening shaman? Jellic breath work has been that for me.

Goddess Brittney King:

Well, this might be personal and if you want to go there, go, let's go. But like when you, when you were having the experience of, like all the gifts turning on, like, what was that like? Was there overwhelm? Was there fear? Like, how did you navigate that? What were the challenges around? Did you share that with friends and family? Or was it like me and my shaman.

Anahata:

Well, I think, in the right circles you can share that, and then the right circles you can share that, and in the right circles it's understood and it's not like you're whacked. You have, you know, gone over the deep end. I was knowing, as soon as they would touch me or ask me a question, I would flash to some part of their life that I didn't necessarily consent to knowing, and so it was super overwhelming to have such information, to know about that person's cheating, that person has a cancer, this person's death is coming soon unless a change happens. And I was like whoa, way too much information. And so I needed to learn how to open and close those gates, because when you are clairsentient or where, if you are very, you know, sensitive person, then you feel everything and you don't want to feel everything. It'll be overwhelming. And then that's where lightworkers and healers start getting overwhelmed and and and and dis-ease.

Lisset King:

So, in.

Anahata:

One of the things is learning clear boundaries. It's one of the first courses that I teach in my training of like clear boundaries, what's yours and what's not yours, cause it should not be running your their energy through you A thousand percent.

Anahata:

We are not the vessel for transmuting somebody else's shadow. Right Hold space for that to happen. And um thing is, I just dove into training so that I could learn more skills about how to refine when I'm seeing something, when I'm feeling something, and how I could use my skills to actually benefit somebody's depression, their diagnosis, their disease, their challenges. Like how do I utilize that tool in a way that's beneficial for somebody else? Because knowing something doesn't mean I know how to present it in such a way that creates healing and transformation. And I've got to be able to read what level of openness and a resistance is available, and if I'm not reading that right, they're going to close and pull back.

Lisset King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

So there's a lot of skill and refinement that happens there, because you can have these wonderful intuitive gifts and if they're not refined and practiced, skilled and safe, with clear boundaries, someone's going to be left less whole.

Lisset King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

Someone's going to have an energy drain or you know where, it's not going to leave everybody better.

Lisset King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

And you want to win-win for both parties? Yeah, and so just because I can read energy doesn't mean I have all my fields open when I'm going to the airport. Oh, you know, like I, I open them for a session and I close them up. Yep, yep, yep, yep.

Lisset King:

And I'm sure that's learning how to shut it down in itself is a training is a training right.

Anahata:

And then how to read what is presenting itself, the subtle, the emotions, the body language, the tone, what is not being said. So it's also skilled in asking questions and really deeply listening to what is being said and what is not being said, so that then you can create a diagnostic as to where to go next. So then we learned the structures around the chakras as a diagnostic for what might be out of balance, or the feminine and masculine, or the elements. So we have a free gift we're going to give you that We'll do a guided visualization about balancing the chakras, since we've been talking about chakras so excited.

Goddess Brittney King:

So excited, so excited. Yes, there's a gift. Well, I really want to dive in about something specific that really stuck to me and I feel like our conversation has really teed us up, because we're talking about this deep listening, we're talking about source spirit and something that struck me so beautifully was when I was looking for a space to host retreat, like spirit was talking to me and it's like it's Sedona and I'm looking and I'm like, energetically, I'm looking where's the space? And I found the wings, a picture of the wings which led me to your site and it was such a beautiful, different experience of a website because it was like do you want to host here?

Goddess Brittney King:

And there was you talking from your heart to camera about what this space, what shine, is, and it moved me and I was just like she fucking cares, like she cares and she knows what's up. And that is the intention and, yes, I can bring my people here and getting to meet you and hear just a little bit about the story of how you've been founded, shine, which I'd love for you to share. My deeper question is how did you learn to trust spirit and to trust those messages and to trust to walk the?

Anahata:

path. I'll let you know when I figured it out. It is a daily test and practice. I'll let you know when I've figured it out. It is a daily test and practice. I'll tell you.

Anahata:

Well, first of all, you know people that find Shine Sedona, people that find me, people that find you are following that soul, knowing they're following it, or else they wouldn't have come to Sedona, they wouldn't. You wouldn't have found shine, you wouldn't be doing the work that you're doing. And the people that show up at your retreats, the people that walk through the door at shine, are following that. They're like I it was just a Google search, or a friend of mine told me, or I was walking by and so the people that find you are already doing that, they are already listening. Everybody that came to the retreat either felt it, heard it, saw it or knew that they were meant to be there.

Anahata:

And then, when you get that everybody listening or watching, you also have at least one of those channels open, or you wouldn't be on this podcast right now for sure, absolutely. So the first thing is we might be saying, oh well, I want to see things, but we might be clear audience and hear messages. So this is about allowing whatever messages, whatever way in which you are getting the insight, to lean into that. Now, when you get a message like in the middle of COVID to open a brick and mortar, or it's time to break up with this person, or it's time to quit this job, or it's time to break up with this person, or it's time to quit this job, or it's time to move to a new city, or whatever it is time to write a book. Whatever the message is doesn't mean the message isn't scary, af yeah.

Lisset King:

Yes.

Anahata:

And just because it's scary doesn't mean it's not the right message. So when you're walking the soul path path, you really get to practice a whole lot facing the fear dragon like right in your face so you could fail. It's covid, like everybody's going out of business and you don't have the skills, or or, like you, you don't have the money, whatever it is like. We all have this inner dialogue where the fear dragon is full you know, game of Thrones, fire dragon Just wanting to completely dissolve your confidence, your faith, your trust in yourself, your intuition, and just feed your doubt, your insecurities and everybody else's potential judgment, your fear of failure. Like those are up like shadowboxing you every day when you're walking on your soul path and you just get. You get. You get to practice learning.

Anahata:

If this message message is for me, it's for me. If this path is for me, it's for me and there must be a way. So let me ask divine, creator, source, higher self, whatever, help a sister out here, yeah, help a brother out here, because I don't know what I'm doing. Just because you're walking your soul mission doesn't mean you're masterful at it. I haven't run a brick and mortar in the middle of these economic times and I'm still learning daily. I'm still on my knees like humble pie daily. That doesn't mean I'm not in alignment. I am in alignment, I am on purpose with my soul mission and I've never felt more fulfilled. I've never really, at a soul level, my soul bank account, knowing that I am filling up my soul currency bank account.

Lisset King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

You know, so that at the end of my life I will know I served it up.

Lisset King:

Yeah, yeah, you did.

Anahata:

I was all in. It doesn't mean it was always yeah, you did, I was all in Doesn't mean it was always graceful or successful. But I think one of the things that happens when you start walking that path and trusting, you ask for help, you trust a lot and you say I don't have to do this all by myself. There are other people that have walked a similar path by myself. There are other people that have walked a similar path. I am going to have to try new things and get familiar and get comfortable with it being messy and be humble enough to say but I put myself out there and I learned what doesn't work. I'm really good at learning what doesn't work, yeah.

Goddess Brittney King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

So I know a few more things about what isn't it? Yeah, yeah, yes, yeah, you know we get to really practice being your own cheerleader, unhooked from external validations of success, you know?

Anahata:

oh well, my parents think I'm nuts or you know this isn't the right time to be like all of those judgments, and you really get to individuate and be your own queen, your own king that says I'm creating my own, you know empire here of things that align with who I am, and so some that means some people in your current circle aren't going to make the cut that support who you are becoming.

Lisset King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

So there's constant refinements with your circle, your daily practices, your belief system, your inner dialogue and courageous, courageous leaps of faith, over and over and over again. And when the fear dragon wins and it will sometimes there's the opportunity to say, okay, what did I learn? Again, what doesn't work? Where can I be more creative, more resourceful, more resilient? And it's a daily practice. But I'll tell you, it's way more fulfilling than being so far off your truth that your life force is being sucked out of you daily.

Lisset King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

Yeah, been there now and then then numbing as a consequence. Yep, not that anyone knows what I'm talking about.

Goddess Brittney King:

These are people we heard about All just read about it.

Anahata:

We read about best friends dealing with that. I've never, actually ever, and so I can feel that contrast between the success what success used to like, look like in my twenties versus what success feels like and is like in my 50s, and the joy factor of collaborating and aligning with people like you guys and getting to serve people like all the people that came to your retreat, and doing it in Sedona in a venue that is high vibe and crystals in the wall and there's golden wings on the wall, and then I get to see other people step into their power and find their voice and it's like damn, that was a good day, you know, like yes, changed lives today.

Lisset King:

Yeah, like win, win, win win, win, win, so you also get this soul nourishing reward that other things just don't provide.

Anahata:

It's so true, and you followed your true, you followed your intuition by finding shine, you know. And then magic happens when you trust your intuition, because then you're like oh, I just walked in this door, or I picked up the phone and like that's how you walk the path is I just had this idea. Or this is the third time I've heard about this. Yeah, someone told me. Or I just know I have to go to Sedona and like what happens is that's the quantum accelerator that collapses linear time.

Lisset King:

Yes.

Anahata:

And you trust your intuition and courageously act upon it Doesn't mean it's not messy sometimes, but that's the quantum accelerator.

Lisset King:

It's fantastic your space had such a in. In my lineage we call it the call like you put out. At least it felt that way, like we just answered it. There was a call put out and and it was for light workers, people who guide to come here, because I'm sure you just have it, just has a grid and a filter, like not just anybody's going to come and be like I want to host. Can we have a poker tournament?

Anahata:

like it's not that type of guy. You cannot even imagine who has wanted to do things. Oh, we don't do that here. Yes, integrity, integrity, yeah, um, it is very intentional and because for doing the work 25 years I've been facilitating healing, transformation and awakening. What I know is that the venue within which you serve has a lot to do with providing stability, safety and invitation, a high vibe when you're facilitating. Tonight I'm going to be facilitating breath work in that space tonight sold out tonight, and I know when I walk in as a facilitator I'm going to be like because the spiritual counsel that I have invoked that inhabits that room is going to be supporting me. The space is going to be clean. All the amenities there, everything I need need is just totally pristine.

Anahata:

And when people walk in, their nervous system softens and so it allows. The venue supports me as the facilitator, supports me as the facilitator and also as people walk in, we're able to go deeper because they feel the cohesiveness of the field, of the venue and my field, already meeting them and welcoming them, because we've all been in chaotic spaces before. Oh yeah, disintegrated Smell like feet.

Anahata:

Yeah, like feet yeah, weird, yeah, yeah, exactly. And or the lighting is off or harsh, yeah, and the facilitator is ungrounded and scattered and to. To me, if I'm holding space for someone's healing and transformation, safety, presence, cohesiveness is an integrity and professionalism is a non-negotiable starting point. And in my training I am all about integrity, groundedness and safety, because you know we want to start at a minimum at that level and then build trust immediately. And so, yes, lizette, as you were saying, hey, I could feel you call that's my job to have my daily meditations putting out to the universe that says bring the people that are meant to facilitate here, that are meant to shop here, that are meant to be supported because they just lost a loved one or they're going through a divorce, or you guys, maybe you know, wanting to start a family and do a womb blessing bring those people that are going to have their field enhanced Maybe it's an overworked mom and she needs a reset, or a light worker that is coming to fill their medicine bag and step into their power.

Anahata:

I'm like bring the seekers, bring the light workers, bring the shoppers, bring, you know, the influencers that are going to benefit from walking into our space and they're going to be left more whole. Whatever that looks like, we're here to tailor how that looks. Whatever somebody needs when they walk in the door at Shine, because we always say welcome to Shine and it's an invitation to find your light as well, to find your light as well. So that's my job to be sending out the marketing cosmic quantum attraction beams Like that's my daily job.

Anahata:

Okay, marketing angels, get out there, do your thing, and then I better listen. If I get a hit from hey, reach out to this person to do a collaboration or send a message to this person and just see how they're doing and, like also throughout the day, if I put that out there, then I also have to be listening to spirit showing up, giving me action items, how to allow that in. I can't be saying, be saying, hey, universe, bring them in, and then not listen to all the messages of how that could actually happen. Then I'm just blocking it.

Goddess Brittney King:

So that's clear avoidance and clear ignorance because, girl is also really good at those too yeah, oh, it reminds me that sometimes I have clients or people. They'll come to events and it's like I'll be like, oh well, this, this, and they're like, oh, I only read the first part of the email, didn't read the rest. And then there's like there's confusion in the field, and so it's this beautiful thing of like, when we're, when we're being intentional and we're sending out messages and we're receiving messages, it's like listen to all of spirit's message out messages and we're receiving messages. It's like listen to all of spirit's message, just listen to the whole message.

Anahata:

It's kind of like when you pull a card and you're like okay, I got that one yesterday. Next I need five more cards and the universe just keeps saying patience, no, I got it. Next, You're like patience listening. You're like, oh, I got it.

Goddess Brittney King:

That was literally my walk in the woods this morning, was the meditation of patience and presence and literally I kept like. It was like random thought, random thought and I was like patience, presence, touch a tree that I would start walking spiral, spiral, tripped over a ramp. I'm like right, presence, patience, right presence, patience, be here, be here, so thanks for the reminder again, for my fifth card for the universe.

Anahata:

You know repeat patterns, you know tripping. I literally, about four weeks ago, tripped over a rock yeah, totally first time in in ever. Yeah, hiking that I had a fall and literally sprained my wrist. My masculine hand that was pushing, grabbing impatience, like the irony, wasn't lost. All right, all right, I have to receive more because I couldn't do anything with my right hand, like the masculine wing was so overcompensating. And when you just have that masculine energy pushing and forcing or ignoring or rushing, it's trying to get off the ground with one wing and you just go in circles.

Lisset King:

Hypothetical, again, none of us have ever done this.

Anahata:

This is also learning how to leverage our feminine you know wing, our intuition, listening, patience, presence, sensitivity and like that divine connection, creativity, passion, like all of these things that are also when we go together. That's why there's 14-foot wings on the wall at Shine is so that we can blend our feminine and masculine and strengthen the weakened parts of our feminine or masculine, or release and evolve those toxic parts and up-level them so that then our feminine and masculine wing can be in harmony, can be in integrity, can be respectful and with our heart in the middle. That's opening. Wow. Here comes cosmic flight. And this is another, like one of those quantum accelerators is wow, I can go a lot higher and a lot farther when I'm not just trying to use one wing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So there's constant refinements from the universe.

Anahata:

Yeah, that's why I say like oh, you know, like, well, how's that working for you? Like, oh, it's always a work in progress, and especially living in Sedona, where it's never lets up.

Goddess Brittney King:

Oh, I'm sure I mean you're in the vortex. You're in the vortex, you're in the cosmic soup, you're in the other. It's like no here. Well, I have like a round table question for the group. Um, like us following, knowing it's been a daily practice, it could be either the most humbling or just the one that comes to mind. What has been one of your big threshold moments of initiation of like the universe is shaking. You feel the call and you have to answer it. We'll start with you, alyssa.

Lisset King:

I think one of the ones that stands out in this moment was the day we were planning our wedding, and so we're like hey, let's get a hotel, let's eat some mushrooms, because planning a wedding is better.

Lisset King:

On that, and we decided this is what we're going to do. And I remember being in a bathtub and we had just had the most beautiful, deep conversation of like really, we started planning our marriage, forgot about the wedding. It was just like started planning our marriage and I got a download from spirit saying Forgot about the wedding. It was like started planning our marriage and I got a download from Spirit saying today's the day you need to get married today and I'm like you need to chill, I am on mushrooms right now.

Anahata:

Claire avoidance, Claire ignorance.

Lisset King:

Like leave a sister alone with that. And I heard it was very still. But again it said today is a portal, you must jump through it. And I was like, okay, it was leap day. And I said, babe, would you want to get married on February 29th 2020? We were planning a wedding for June and I said would you want to get married today? Spirit said we should and she goes, I'd marry you today, called up a friend, came over, married us and we eloped you know, because the best way to not piss off anyone is to piss off everyone. And we got married that day and two weeks later was locked down. So the wedding we were planning, that we're about to dump money into and invest into, would have never happened. And that was just like. It was actually a very sweet moment. It wasn't. There wasn't a lot to fight against when, when you're on mushrooms, yeah, you're like no, but you answered it.

Anahata:

It sounds like a great idea. Yeah, yeah.

Lisset King:

Yeah, recommend to everyone.

Goddess Brittney King:

Yeah For you. What do you feel? What moments coming?

Anahata:

through. I think most recently that was in the middle of covid, like in that same year. Later, that year was open, a brick and mortar when everything's shutting down. And I kept seeing these golden wings in my, in my, every time I closed my eyes. I kept seeing these golden wings and like sparks of light coming out of sedona, golden sparks like a spiritual center that just sparked, kind of like my crown, chakra plant, like fireworks of golden light that are that were just going around the globe, that from the center these sparks of light are going to be going around.

Anahata:

And I just every time I tried to, you know, go to sleep, it was there. If I tried to do something else, it was there and I couldn't shake it and I was like go away, go away. And then it was like, well, what would this look like? And this was one of those times at two in the morning when I really rather be sleeping and like it was so loud and like so much information. And I go, well, what would it look like? And I never get out of bed, go and grab my computer, turn it on and in bed I'm like what would it look like?

Anahata:

And it was seven pages of ideas. Well, there would be a big boutique who do I know? That would already be, you know products in. We'd need a healing room. It would look like this there would be a biomed in there, like, and the main room would look like this these are the kinds of offerings. This is the name. Here's the website, like, like, what kind of content would we have? Training could happen there. Sound healing could happen there, breath work, meditation, women's retreat, men's retreats, wellness retreats. I mean, like. The download was three hours and seven pages of detailed information and I was like I'm not saying I'm doing anything. This is just an exercise.

Anahata:

This was just, you know, a little homework exercise and it sparked something inside me that I might I actually do have the pieces. I've been gathering the pieces for this and there's pieces that are missing, but somebody knows what I don't know about brick and mortar overhead, or like lease contracts, cause I knew 0% about any of those things and it's like just like hey publishing a book. You're like hey, first time authors. You don't know what you're doing, but somebody does. You know if you're not a healer, but you're doing, but somebody does. Someone does. You know if you're not a healer, but you're called to it.

Anahata:

Somebody knows how to build a healing practice and like and help you figure out your gifts, so that, well, I don't know how to do this, I've never done this before Does not fly. And so it was kind of interesting, because if you're answering no because of fear, doubt or lack, those are not valid answers, and I was like all of my reasoning against this are all in this big, sloshy bucket big fear, doubt and lack were all my reasons that I go okay, those can be dealt with.

Anahata:

And then it set me down a path of learning how to put a pitch deck for investors and how do I do lease contracts, and it turned like I was just in a whole new area, way outside my natural skill set, following and trusting that. So I'd say that was that one for me and I'm still like swimming through it and learning and growing. But it is my classroom, it's my teacher, it's also my, my platform and it's my baby and it also is something way bigger than me. That isn't about me at all.

Anahata:

Mm, hmm, mm hmm, it'll be what it is.

Goddess Brittney King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

What about you, Brittany?

Goddess Brittney King:

Oh gosh, these are all so good. So first um, for me it was the call to hold space for women. You know, I was not sure. I used to work in production. I used to work for media company and making videos and all this stuff and I wasn't really happy with it. And then on our honeymoon I filmed a movie about us and I'm like I'm going to make a documentary. All this stuff got so excited, sat down to finally do it, hated it like, hated the process of putting it together and I was sitting with a lot in mushroom ceremonies, a lot, and I kept seeing myself like on a pole because I pull dance in this like very big splay, and it was something that was just like so pleasure filled and I was just so confused and I literally was like spirit, am I making porn? Like what's my purpose? What's my purpose? And it was just like me spreading.

Goddess Brittney King:

Me spreading and I was just like what eagle. And I was just like what I was, like I no judgment, I just don't know if that's my calling. You know, I was just like. I was so confused and then, like one day, literally I felt like the mushroom was like stop talking, put the camera down. You have been on this path and it's time for you to hold a light for others on this path. Hold the light. And it changed me and I and I leaned in and it was just it was. I answered the call and I was like I don't know how to run a business. No one in my family was business owners. Everyone has a very traditional job and a doctorate. So it was just like I was already. I'm going to queers, I'm already out there in left field, um, and luckily I had my beautiful wife, who's just a cheerleader and a supporter, and she was like if you hear spirit, be obedient to spirit and listen, and like we're going to figure it all out and stuff like that, and it's like you want to make porn.

Lisset King:

Let's make porn. I'd support all your dreams.

Anahata:

Dedicated wife. You are Lizette.

Lisset King:

She is.

Goddess Brittney King:

I'm here for you. But to be that and to now be in the other side of crossing the thing and have those moments like when you know, you know, you feel you're like this is my gift, this is why I came, this is what I was here to do and you see it, and you're just like today was a fucking great day. This episode of Honest Feedback is brought to you by King Experiences us. We are honored to invite you to our most intimate retreat ever, the goddess experience, in Puerto Vallarta, in the lush jungle, the most beautiful land, so sacred healing water, high vibration food, and we are holding you as you remember who you actually are, mm-hmm.

Lisset King:

This space. First of all, the land itself is just absolutely healing. It's got healing waters, the body workers are shamans from lineages. It's next level, and then you get to be held by us. We're going to do some release work. We're doing embodiment. There's rituals, you know, there's rituals if it's us and women will leave in touch with their divinity, with their power and living from their truest essence.

Goddess Brittney King:

Yeah, this is not. Oh, I went there to learn how to be a goddess. This is a space, this is a reclamation, this is a reminder, this is a rebirth into who you actually are. We're shedding away all of the mask, all of the lies, all of the distractions, and living in that vibration of your truth and letting you shine your light. So, if this feels like it is for you, enrollment is officially open. Fill out the application below. You're going to have a call with me and if it's a fit, let's go baby.

Lisset King:

And now back to our show. Yeah, it was a great day it was totally different.

Anahata:

It rewards a different part of you. It's not rewarding the ego. It's not rewarding you know. Oh, I went, I'm winning in the eyes of my family and their version of success. It's a soul, you know. Reward that, that it feels different when you say yes to those things it really does and it's. And once you feel that, what it feels like to hear spirit and to actually act upon it, then you start to get more familiar with oh, this is what it feels like. So then you start to trust it some more, maybe, or ignore it more and feel that.

Anahata:

And then maybe I'll try something different, because this ain't working. And I think that in each of these stories there is that like let's go.

Lisset King:

Yeah.

Anahata:

Well, like, let's trust and the unknown.

Anahata:

That's where you move outside of the box and for everyone.

Anahata:

If you're listening and watching, this is for you, because we're speaking to that part of you that is right at the door, right at the threshold where we have all been to be as we level up and learn and change and evolve and grow a new set of wings again and again in this lifetime, as we outgrow the previous versions of ourself. Because we're going to keep doing that. We're going to keep leveling up so we're not continuing to plateau and get comfortable with what we used to be. We're going to continue to grow new wings again and again so we get more familiar with that. So, if you're listening right now, the invitation from us to you is to just breathe and listen and be present as you sit at the threshold of something on the other side that has the ability to nourish your heart and and your soul in ways that you haven't yet experienced that there's something else there for you and yes, it's uncomfortable, but just know we're reaching our hands out to you to be like all right, let's jump.

Anahata:

You got this. We've already been over here Like we got this. Okay, count of three.

Lisset King:

One two, three.

Anahata:

Okay, let's go. Okay. One, we got this. Okay. Count of three. One, two, three. Okay, let's go Okay. One, two, Come on, baby, you know, let's put a great playlist on like, like.

Anahata:

We will catch you, we got you. And, most of all, what happens when you take that leap is your own wings appear. Yeah, you know we may encourage you, but the but, the but, what the? The juicy truth is you find your own wings and you're less dependent on everybody else. You know, that doesn't mean we don't need community and we're not here to inspire and support and encourage each other, but we tap into a power inside of ourselves that damn, I can fly into a power inside of ourselves.

Lisset King:

That damn, I can fly.

Anahata:

Yeah, and it's like that feels so good. Yeah, it's not like any external validation or initials that you can get after your name or zeros and a paycheck.

Lisset King:

It's like wow.

Anahata:

I did that, I can do that, and then we just keep doing that and that's why it's really nice. What happens in that awakening process is you start finding your tribe that are go girl, do it, you got this. And are right there going uh-uh, uh-uh. You know, when it's about to publish the book or you're about to do the thing and you want to run and hide, but are also there saying don't run right now.

Anahata:

Yeah, yeah, I know this next step is not little. It's a big leap. You're signing the contract, you're letting go of the career, you're making the investment in yourself and your future self, and it's and you know a great sister at this time will also be like you got this girl. They'll play cheerleader, but they'll also be the truth teller. That is like stay or get back up. You got this.

Anahata:

And I think it's really important that we, we are able to play all of those roles as sisters. When we're holding support for our, for other sisters that are struggling with you, know, confidence or doubt or fear dragons, and just be like you got this, and continuing to be that inspiration and that support, but also the truth teller when you need to hear it.

Goddess Brittney King:

So yeah, I mean anybody who's hanging with us in a quantum accelerated train. They are here for the truth, right? We tell people you don't, if you don't want your life to change, don't work with us.

Anahata:

They wouldn't find you, yeah, or they wouldn't stay on your website or they wouldn't find your Instagram. They wouldn't go past the first two words if they're not resonant with your vibe and your message. Just like you stayed on the website with the video that shines Sedona, because you're like there's something here. There's, there's something here, and like all of our magic is unique. Our medicine is unique and it's certainly not for everybody, and that doesn't mean that it's that anyone else is wrong. It's just like. Just like I don't like all kinds of music, yeah, yeah, you know. So this is where it's vibrational match, where you find the person, the venue, the teacher, the coach that you need to go to the next level.

Lisset King:

Yeah, oh, what a great conversation I know this has just been beyond beyond.

Goddess Brittney King:

So, juicy, like, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and for being a light on the path and just for crossing the threshold of listening to spirit and doing the things, because it's truly an honor and everything you said, I'm like yes, this is everything that I feel, that, and you know, the work that we were able to do, the spaces that we were able to hold women through, got to go so much deeper, so much faster, because of that vibration. So, thank you just so much for being you and your angels there. Yeah, tell everyone we say hi.

Anahata:

Yeah, I will. I will because we're just in love with you guys, and thank you for having me, thank you for trusting your intuition, thanks for booking the venue, shine, and thank you for allowing me to co-facilitate with you and take people on the land for a vortex journey. And thank you, brittany, for taking the time to do a one-on-one session so that you could also be supported in what you're going through and what you both are stepping into on a personal level. It's such an honor and a privilege and I think you modeled really importantly like hey, let me make sure to prioritize my time outside of being in service, in trusting and listening to your intuition. And the session we had together was so cosmic, I know, and the session we had together was so cosmic, I know. Yeah, no, and, and we love having you know, people like you and groups like you coming in, you just, you know, eat up all the yummy treasures in our boutique and you're just our kind of weirdos, basically.

Goddess Brittney King:

Yeah, yeah, I'm so happy we listen and we find each other and thank you so much for the reminder.

Anahata:

Thank you. So, people, if you're listening, go get the free gift. It's going to be a chakra balancing meditation and then, you know, come and find, come and visit. Keep doing what you're doing and when it's not working, cut it out and do something different.

Lisset King:

Goddess Brittney King:

So I love you guys, love you so much. Thank you, love you so much, thank you.

Lisset King:

That was just such an inspiring conversation. Anahata definitely was one of the highlights for me. You know, getting to learn from her and getting to be held by someone and the vortex opening that she created there and to just really get to drop in with her today with her magic, was beyond wonderful.

Goddess Brittney King:

She's just such a delight and I feel like I heard messages that have been circling my field, land in my body in a different way, and so that felt really, really like a strong up leveling so powerful. She's incredible. Shine is incredible. Sedona is amazing. We, of course, will be hosting another Waking your Fire, so stay tuned for that.
